Stages that check themselves off. When they approve, sign or pay, the project moves along on its own.

Quotes, contracts, files, approvals and payments in one place, with your logo and your color on all of it.
14 days free. No card needed.

Real screens from the app, doing the small jobs you'd otherwise chase by email.

Add your logo and pick one color. Your sign-in page, your clients' portal and every email wear it, and Patch stays politely in the footer.

Your clients trust you with contracts, invoices and their brand new website. Here's how Patch keeps all of it where it belongs.
Each client sees their own projects, quotes, invoices and files. Nobody else's.
Every business on Patch is kept separate, once in the app and again in the database.
Cards are entered with Stripe and payments land in your own Stripe account. Patch never holds your money.
Lock deliverables until the last invoice is paid. Images show watermarked until then.
Every signed contract keeps who signed, when, and from what IP address.
Passwords are hashed, and too many wrong guesses get blocked for a while.

About what Patch does today, not what it might do someday.
Patch is a client portal for service businesses. Your clients get one branded place to see where their project stands, approve quotes, sign contracts, pay invoices, get files and message you. You get one dashboard to run it all.
Design and dev studios first, and it's set up for freelancers, photographers, consultants and coaches, payroll consultants, home services and event planners too. Pick your kind of work when you sign up and your project stages come already written. You can rename, add or drop any of them.
Solo is $35 a month and Team is $89 a month, and both include the AI lead tools. Both start with a 14-day free trial, and you don't need a card to start.
You invite them, they pick a password, and they're in. Paying an invoice doesn't even need a login: the pay link in their invoice email just works.
Pick a plan to keep going. If you don't, your portal goes read-only: you can still see everything, and your clients can still pay invoices you've already sent, but you can't create or send anything new until you pick a plan. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings.
Yes. Add your logo and pick one color, and your sign-in page, your clients' portal and every email wear it. Patch only shows up as a small credit in the footer.
You connect your own Stripe account and payments go straight to it. Clients pay by card or US bank account. Stripe's usual fees apply, and you can pass credit card fees on to your clients if you like. Patch never holds your money.
Yes. Send a contract and your client signs it in their portal. The signed copy keeps who signed, when, and from what IP address, and the deposit invoice is created for you as soon as they sign.
Each client only sees their own projects, quotes, invoices and files, and every business on Patch is kept separate, in the app and again in the database. Card details go straight to Stripe, passwords are hashed, and too many wrong guesses get blocked for a while.
Yes, for leads. It can research a prospect, find new leads, read a business card you snap a photo of, and draft a follow-up for you to edit. It never sends anything on its own. Solo includes 100 AI lead actions a month and Team includes 300.
Patch is made by Elefox Studio, a one-person web and software studio in Coral Springs, Florida, run by Tiffany Russell. She built it to run her own client work, and her studio was its first user.
Straight answers to what studios ask about pricing, project stages and clients who want just one more thing.

There's no one right price. Here's how to work out yours: income goal, business costs, taxes and billable hours, with clearly labeled example math inside.

The design stages, plus the business checkpoints that keep a project moving: quote, contract, deposit, sign-off and final payment. Keep your list short.

A calm way to handle 'one more thing' requests: write the scope down, price the change, get a yes in writing, and bill it separately. Sample wording inside.
